Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Accounts are created via GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@worldproblemssolved.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Ownership. You retain ownership of original content you create on the Platform.

License grant. By submitting a document for review, you grant Kanata Florida, LLC and all Platform users an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) to reproduce, adapt, and distribute that document with attribution.

Accuracy. You represent that your contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and are not plagiarised. Misrepresentation of sources is grounds for immediate removal.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or plagiarised content
• Harass, impersonate, or threaten other users
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, or access controls
• Upload malware, scripts, or any code intended to harm the Platform or its users
• Use the Platform to generate spam or conduct coordinated inauthentic behaviour
• Scrape or mirror Platform content in bulk without prior written consent

The Platform offers an AI-assisted editor. You supply your own API keys from third-party providers. You are solely responsible for compliance with each provider’s terms of service and for any charges incurred. We do not store, log, or take responsibility for your API keys.

The Platform’s software, design, and branding are the property of Kanata Florida, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the Platform to you.

Accepted documents published under CC BY 4.0 remain freely usable by the public with attribution.

We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, edit, remove, or decline to publish any content at our sole discretion. Editorial decisions on document acceptance are final but may be appealed by emailing editorial@worldproblemssolved.com.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. DOCUMENTS ON THE PLATFORM ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KANATA FLORIDA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
